Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the IHS Worldwide online store and the purchase of products through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked at checkout.

1. Store operator and contact

The store is operated under the IHS Worldwide brand by 3Y Portugal, Rua Antonio Gomes Soares Pereira 88, 4470-139 Maia, Portugal. Questions may be sent to support@ihs-group.net.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country. You may not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or information without authorisation.

3. Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, composition, quantities and instructions accurately. Screen settings and packaging updates may cause minor visual differences. Always read the label, ingredients, directions and warnings supplied with the product before use.

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have questions about suitability, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in the currency and tax treatment displayed for the selected market. Shipping charges and any other applicable amounts are shown before the order is confirmed. Payment must be completed using a method available at checkout.

5. Orders

An order is submitted when checkout is completed, but acceptance is subject to payment confirmation, availability and our fraud-prevention checks. We may reject or cancel an order where required by law, where payment is not authorised, where information is clearly incorrect, or where stock is unavailable. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Shipping destinations, services, charges and relevant conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, withdrawal rights, exclusions for opened sealed goods, refunds and damaged orders are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The store content, brand names, logos, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to IHS Worldwide and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, carriers and Shopify. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.

10. Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, store content and these terms when reasonably necessary. Changes do not affect rights already acquired under a confirmed order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer’s country of residence. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction where legally applicable, without removing any mandatory right available to the consumer.
