Shipping policy

IHS Worldwide ships orders using the delivery methods available for the customer’s destination. DPD is our primary carrier where this service is available.

Shipping destinations and rates

Available destinations and the exact shipping price are calculated automatically at checkout after the delivery address is entered. An order can only be completed when a delivery option is available for the selected address.

Processing

Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated delivery

The estimated delivery service and price shown at checkout depend on the destination, parcel and available carrier service. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, customs procedures or events outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the customer receives a dispatch confirmation by email with the relevant tracking information. Please check the email address entered at checkout.

Delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before reshipment.

International orders

For destinations outside the European Union, local VAT, import duties, customs charges or carrier administration fees may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount and are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or missing parcels

If an order arrives damaged, contact support@ihs-group.net promptly with the order number and photographs of the parcel and products. If the carrier confirms that a parcel has been lost, we will assess the case and provide an appropriate solution.
